Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, ENROLLMENTP OR STORE VISITATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE, ENROLLMENT OR STORE VISITATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

Promotion Description: The Verizon Soccer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) starts on June 13, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 18, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer will serve as the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to [1] legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; [2] who are 18 years of age or older at time of participation/entry; [3] and who are members of Verizon Total Rewards program. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Verizon (the “Sponsor”),Marden-Kane, and Intride Loyalty LLC (the “Administrator”) (collectively “Released Parties”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents, suppliers or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate families, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as further detailed below:

Enroll in Total Rewards:
To participate in the Sweepstakes, first you must activate your Total Rewards account by providing your Total by Verizon phone number, Email address, Serial or SIM#. Once you’ve created your Total Rewards account, go to rewards.totalbyverizon.com and follow the online instructions complete the registration form. Once you complete the registration/enrollment, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. If interested, once you’ve completed the registration, follow the online instructions to access the Shootout Game where you can play the game. Kick will not be judged and will not determine receipt of entry. When using a web-enabled mobile device, message and data rates apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Total by Rewards Members:
To participate in the Sweepstakes, go to rewards.totalbyverizon.com and follow the online instructions complete the registration form. Once you complete the registration/enrollment, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. If interested, once you’ve completed the registration, follow the online instructions to access the Shootout Game where you can play the game. Kick will not be judged and will not determine receipt of entry. When using a web-enabled mobile device, message and data rates apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

Via Mail (without product purchase):
To enter without making a purchase or membership, handprint in English in black ink on a 3”x 5” piece of paper your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth and mobile plan and mail in a properly stamped envelope to “Verizon Soccer Sweepstakes-Total Rewards”, PO Box 738, Syosset, NY 11791-0738 (the “Mail-in Entry”). To be entered into the Sweepstakes drawings as further detailed below, the Mail-in Entry must be postmarked by 7/13/204 and received by 7/19/2024. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, postage due, late, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Any Entry information collected for/from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

The entry methods noted above are collectively referred to as an “Entry”. Regardless of method of Entry, there is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/per day during the Promotion Period. Entries in excess of this limit are void. For the purpose of this Promotion, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending the same day at 11:59 PM ET. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, Entrants irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse their name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation to the Entrant. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude Sponsor from using or disclosing all or any part of an Entry in any manner and for any purpose. By participating, Entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

Random Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about July 25, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

One (1) Grand Prize: $500 Fanatics Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $500.
Five (5) First Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Fanatics Gift Card. $100 each.
Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Motorola Branded airpods. ARV: $29.99.
Total ARV of all prizes offered: $1,299.99.

Prize Restrictions: Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions as stated by the Issuer. Gift cards may be awarded as electronic gift cards (e-codes). No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged or transferred by winners. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All details of the prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning a prize in a drawing depends on the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period for each drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules. Decisions of the Sponsor/Administration are final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If a Potential Winner fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received.

Sponsor is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been delivered to a confirmed winner. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor 4 to 6 weeks after verification of eligibility.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent for the Sponsor and its designees to use, for promotional purposes in any type of media without further payment or consideration, Entrant’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and any written or oral comments or testimonials to, or other feedback on, any prize or Entrant’s experience.

Entry Conditions and Release:
By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages caused by any disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or any other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an entrant’s Entry, creation of a Ticket, submission of a Ticket, participation in the Promotion, acceptance, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and Administrator and all Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prize.

General Conditions:
Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to: (a) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud or technical failure, or any other causes corrupt or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, and (b) in the event the Promotion is cancelled, award prizes in a random drawing from the eligible Entries received prior to event requiring such action. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s failure to enforce any of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that rule. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple identities, registrations or logins, or through any other method, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for printing or typographical errors, incorrect or inaccurate registration information, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized Verizon Value Retailers account owner will be deemed to be the registrant or player. All Entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be returned. The Administrator reserves the right to contact Entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. Sweepstakes may be offered with different creative/graphic presentations by Sponsor and/or Administrator.

Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Promotion, all Entrants and winners, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with (i) the conduct, promotion or outcome of the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize; and/or (iii) the preparation for participation in or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity in connection with the Promotion or otherwise. Under no circumstances will the Released Parties be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Promotion; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of an Entry. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in the Promotion to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded eligible prize claims. If, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s opinion for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Sponsors’ policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on the Promotion website; and Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing and award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.

Disputes:
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the State or Federal courts located in or for Palm Beach County, Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant, Sponsor and/or Administrator in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.

Who Won:
To request the list of winners, send an e-mail with subject line: “Verizon Soccer Sweepstakes Winners-Total Rewards” to sweepstakeswinnerslist@intrideloyalty.com. Requests must be received no later than 7/31/2024. The list will be sent when the drawing has been conducted and the winners verified.

Privacy:
Information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of awarding prizes, operating the Sweepstakes consistent with the Official Rules and to notify Potential Winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor, Administrator, or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor, Administrator, or a third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes, has ended, all information supplied by Entrants will be removed from the database.
